I adored how central the hotel was! it was very close to ginza's main area. three subway stations were within a short walk. Moving around was VERY easy. a corner double non-smoking room provided lots of natural light i adored.
the hotel only has three laundry machines. for around 200 rooms it just isn't enough.

Amazing Stay in Ginza!

This hotel is super new. I loved that it opened in winter 2024. The location is fantastic because it is five minutes from shopping. I found it was less than ten minutes from Tsukiji. I would totally stay here again.

Modern Stay in Ginza

good sizefriendly staffslow laundry
The room was a good size, and the facilities were new. It was handy to have washing machines available for guest use. I could see tv screen showing the machines' availability (very practical). The staff was friendly and considerate, too.
The window in my room could not be opened. I do prefer to get some fresh air sometimes. there were only three laundry machines. This caused long waits. It takes about 2.5 hours per wash cycle (quite slow).
Dining
9/10
The breakfast provided many options. The food tasted good (especially the miso soup). The dining area was clean and well kept, always appreciated during busy breakfast hours.
Facilities
8/10
A public bath is available . This onsen is clean and well kept. The hotel also offers vending machines with various beverages and snacks. A convenience for late-night cravings.
Service
9/10
The staff helped me send my luggage to my next hotel. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The staff were always available to answer questions and provide directions, very helpful.
